The STEAM Integrated Curriculum in English for boys aged 16 to 19 is made up of six groups of core components: Theory of Knowledge (TDC), Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) and the Monograph.

Thanks to these core components, students reflect on the nature of knowledge, carry out independent research, and complete a project that often involves community service activities.

EVALUATION AND EXAMS

The integrated STEAM Curriculum in English evaluates students' work as direct proof of their level of achievement with respect to the objectives established for the Diploma Program courses.

Educators can access a variety of resources that will assist them in their teaching and training.

The Integrated STEAM Target

The common core of the STEAM Integrated English Curriculum, which is made up of three core components, aims to expand students' educational experience and challenge them to apply their knowledge and skills.

The three core components

are the following:

• Theory of Knowledge, in which students reflect on the nature of knowledge and the way in which we know what we claim to know.

• The Monograph, which is an independent research work and directed by the student himself, culminating in an essay of 4,000 words.

• Creativity, Activity and Service, in which students complete a project related to these three concepts.

These are the six groups of subjects to evaluate:

• Language and Literature Studies.

• Acquisition of Languages.

• Individuals and Societies.

• Sciences.

• Mathematics.

• Arts.

Our STEAM Integrated Curriculum in English continues, projecting through the baccalaureates approved in the Panamanian Educational System.
